Simple answers for business buyers.

Can we mix sizes in one package?

Yes. A 24-piece package can be split across the available sizes however the team needs, as long as the total adds up to 24.

Can I mix T-shirts, hoodies and crewnecks?

Yes. Choose Build Your Own for a mixed order of 12 or more total garments. The combined quantity determines the pricing tier for every garment in the order.

Can we use more than one logo?

Yes. Separate artwork can be uploaded for the front, sleeve and back when the selected package includes additional print locations.

Is the live preview the final production proof?

No. The live preview helps visualize placement. A final production proof will still be sent for approval before printing.

What is your turnaround time?

Most standard orders are completed within 7–10 business days after final artwork approval. Because our blank apparel and DTF printing are sourced locally in Calgary, we’re able to keep production moving quickly. Larger orders, special requests, or items affected by supplier availability may require additional time.

How is shipping calculated?

Shipping is calculated using live carrier rates for the delivery address. Orders are shipped from Calgary, AB.

Will I receive tracking information?

Yes! Once your order has been completed and shipped, you’ll receive an email with your carrier tracking information so you can follow your delivery.

Can repeat customers reuse artwork?

Yes! Once your artwork is uploaded, it is saved to your account and can be reused for repeat orders.
